    COURSE DESCRIPTION:  ESSENTIALS provides an intense and rigorous training experience that focuses on the individual skills and habits that playmakers possess. This course features specially designed activities and competitions to eliminate ineffective play and instill smart, efficient basketball. Players learn tools and techniques that will give them a competitive advantage against bigger and faster athletes, including how to control a pesky defender, battle through contact, attack the lane, see the court, and finish at the rim in traffic. Essentials participants will also benefit from learning how to train productively and lead authentically—by leading oneself with excellence, discipline, and composure. Open to male and female high school and college players.

    THE PREP SCHOOL is specifically intended to prepare junior high and freshman players for high school varsity basketball and is the ideal starting point and introduction to PGC for younger athletes. Participants learn body control, ball control, how to finish at the rim, and how to beat pressure, as well as countless ways to present themselves as mature and dedicated athletes on the court, and as focused and engaged students in the classroom.Prep School is a must for any player who desires to excel as a high-school student-athlete. Open to rising 7th - 10th grade male and female players.

Players will also benefit from specific training in the variety of shots that great scorers need in their toolbox. The Shooting Lab will benefit players who are looking to increase their confidence in their shot, as well as their shooting range, speed and accuracy
